A note from Richard Jensen:
You’ve just been arrested and you’re freaking out.. Right? You
don’t want to go back to jail. No one does.
What you may not know is you have more power to impact the
results of your case than you think!
Here is why you need a lawyer and fast!
   1) When you made bail, you were assigned your first court date.
When you hire a lawyer immediately, that first court date will be
postponed by up to two months. Without a lawyer, you must go to
court that first court date you were assigned.
   2) If you were arrested for a felony, you must hire a lawyer
immediately as your lawyer must file for an important hearing
within 30 days of the day of your arrest or that important hearing –
your first chance to get the case thrown out – will be lost and you
will be bound over for a jury trial. Don’t wait. You must act now!
   3) If you were arrested for a DUI, you must hire a lawyer right now
as you only have 10 days from the date of arrest for your lawyer to
act so you can keep your driver’s license. If you miss that 10 day
deadline, your license will be suspended. To keep your driver’s
license you must act now!
I am a criminal defense lawyer. I am dedicated to winning and
getting proven results for my client. For more than 17 years I have
fought to win for my clients every day in courts throughout Alabama.
I’ve been featured on CNN, FOXNews and many other TV
networks. My book CRIMINAL DEFENSE LAWYER is available on
Amazon and at your local bookstore.
I've written two published law books and a third is due for
publication this year. I also teach trial tactics to lawyers all over the
world.
   From December 11, 2007 to April 9, 2013, I had 100% not guilty
verdicts in jury trials. That's a long winning streak that shows I fight
to win!
   As for money, that’s easy!
I charge a flat fee and financing at zero % interest.
Your first consultation is always FREE!
Take that powerful first step and call me for your free, no
obligation consultation. You deserve a lawyer who will fight to win!
